Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Book your sessions through our online platform. Please select a time that best fits your schedule. Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Text 808-797-5060 or email mindfulk9coaching@gmail.com during business hours. Cancellations: For cancellations, please give us a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the session. No refunds except for rare cases after sessions are booked. Late Policy: If you're late, we'll do our best to make the most of the remaining time. No-Shows: Missing a session without notice may result in a charge for the session. Support: Need help?
